Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Creative Operations Manager to build and manage the operational foundation of Bose Studios. This role will be responsible for establishing scalable workflows, managing content production processes, and ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, project manager, and operational leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution.

The Role

The Creative Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of Bose Studios, partnering closely with strategy, creative, production, social media, partnerships, PR and media stakeholders to set how Bose Studios operates from planning, prioritization, workflow management, and delivery.

This individual will design and optimize studio processes, manage day-to-day workstreams, oversee project timelines, and ensure teams have the clarity, tools, and structure needed to deliver high-quality work on schedule. They will create visibility, accountability, and alignment across strategy, creative, production, partnerships, and distribution teams through scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and planning processes.

What You'll Do
  • Intake and prioritization, creative operations and workflow management:
    • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows across content strategy, creative development, production, review, approvals, and distribution.
    • Establish scalable operating procedures, project intake and prioritization processes, approval frameworks, and production standards.
    • Establish approval pathways, clarify roles and responsibilities, and drive alignment across teams.
    • Create and maintain project plans, workflows, templates, and documentation that improve team efficiency and consistency.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase speed, quality, and visibility.
  • Production and project oversight:
    • Lead day-to-day project management for Bose Studios initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
    • Manage timelines, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.
    • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including creative, social, brand, marketing, communications, legal, and agency partners.
    • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, and post-mortems.
  • Resource and change management:
    • Serve as the owner and administrator of project management and workflow tools.
    • Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and operational metrics that provide visibility into team performance and project health.
    • Monitor workload, team capacity, and resource allocation to support effective planning and prioritization.
    • Adapt processes to changing priorities and team growth, allowing for adaptability and evolution over time.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, content operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing workflows for creative, content, marketing, or production teams.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong expertise in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience supporting content studios, creative agencies, media organizations, or in-house creative teams.
  • Experience managing social media, editorial, video production, or original content workflows.
  • Knowledge of resource planning, capacity management, and production operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or process improvement methodologies.
  • PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications.
  • Passion for music, sports, entertainment, fashion and culture - and how they influence brands and social marketing.
