Business Analytics Transformation & Operations Manager
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
Job Description:
Lead strategic initiatives that improve business performance through process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and operational governance. Partner across business, analytics, technology, and operational teams to identify opportunities, align stakeholders, implement scalable solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives move from concept to sustainable operational practices.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and design standardized solutions across teams, functions, and business units.
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities, helping teams establish common goals, ownership models, and execution plans.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions by partnering with data, analytics, technology, and operational teams.
• Develop governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and management processes that improve execution consistency and accountability.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that support leadership decision-making.
• Drive adoption of new technologies, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
• Manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and workstreams from planning through implementation.
• Create executive communications, project updates, business cases, and presentations that clearly articulate objectives, risks, progress, and outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance business operations.
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 6-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (MBA desired) or demonstrable equivalent.
