Description

* This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison.

Salary: $100,000 - $116,000/year

Work location: On-site, Washington, DC. Remote will be allowed with federal client approval.

This role ensures that system outputs, documentation, and communications are clear, accessible, and aligned with federal customer's voice and mission. The Content Specialist supports website content, user training materials, and change management efforts to drive adoption of enhancements. This position plays a key role in improving usability, accessibility, and overall user engagement across customer systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with federal communications or digital platforms
  • Experience in content strategy, UX writing, or digital communications
  • Ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
