We are currently seeking a Consulting Senior Manager, Banking, Risk and FSI to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Acceleration Growth Lead with strong banking domain experience to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and client engagement across the financial services sector. The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building executive relationships, shaping go-to-market strategies, and accelerating transformation-led business outcomes for banking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and market expansion across banking and financial services accounts.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through digital transformation, technology modernization, data, cloud, AI, automation, and consulting-led solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior banking executives, business stakeholders, and technology leaders.
  • Develop account growth strategies, business acceleration plans, and client-specific value propositions.
  • Partner with sales, delivery, consulting, product, and technology teams to create compelling solutions.
  • Lead strategic discussions around banking operations, core banking modernization, payments, lending, risk, compliance, customer experience, and digital channels.
  • Support proposal development, deal shaping, commercial models, and executive presentations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and emerging banking technologies.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing client portfolios.
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and business growth initiatives.


Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
  • Proven background in business development, growth strategy, account management, consulting, or client engagement.
  • Deep understanding of banking domains such as retail banking, commercial banking, investment banking, payments, lending, risk, compliance, or wealth management.
  • Experience working with large banks or financial institutions in the New York market is preferred.
  • Ability to engage with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and platform modernization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline, influence deals, and deliver measurable business growth.
  • Experience working in a global delivery or technology services environment is a plus.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • 6 + years consulting experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Prior experience with IT services, consulting, banking technology, or transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the U.S. banking sector.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $167,500 - $279,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
