- Apply management consulting and design-thinking techniques as you work on the fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience
- Help shape client's transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment
- Reimagine, plan and execute on how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape
- Redesign processes and operating models to enable new ways of working with data-driven business cases
- Provide point-of-view on laboratory and scientific informatics solutions and strengths and weaknesses of various technology solutions.
- Advise on data and system architectures as they relate to industry solutions for the laboratory
- Create digital laboratory thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
- Collaborate with client leaders to gain alignment on recommended solutions.
- Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as Agentic Lab Capabilities, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS), Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud
- Help clients better capture, handle, integrate and analyze complex scientific data
- Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations
Who do we need - Basic Qualifications:- 3+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces
- Bachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)
Preferred Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in consulting
- Experience working in or with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT
- Implementation experience with any of the following laboratory solutions: Benchling, Revvity Signals, Dotmatics, LabVantage, LabWare, Scitara, TetraScience
- Strong interpersonal skills and both verbal and written communication skills
