What you'll be doing...As the Consultant within Operational Excellence you will drive operational efficiencies & alignment and optimize store processes. This role is central to enhancing operational efficiency, mitigating risk, centralizing operational support, optimizing store processes, and maximizing the utilization of AI tools. You'll be instrumental in translating data into actionable insights, leading strategic simplification and automation initiatives, and fostering strong alignment between headquarters and our field operations. You will partner with Market Sales and Operations, Strategy, GTS, Finance, GTC and other channels to execute on operational excellence. Additionally, you'll come up with innovative ways to share and communicate information via presentations and written communications to meet the needs of various audiences.
We're looking for a highly analytical and process-oriented Consultant to drive continuous improvements in our sales operations. Being a proactive problem solver with a passion for data-driven decisions and excellent project management skills are a must for this role. You'll also need to demonstrate laser-sharp attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex challenges, then implement solutions at a national level.

Responsibilities:
- Driving visibility and alignment in field operations, supporting strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Central Operations support for core CSO sales organization (i.e. Direct, Indirect and Inside Sales).
- Identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational and store processes to reduce the Level of Effort (LOE), enhance Employee Experience (EX), and reduce risk.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of analytics data, drawing both granular and high-level insights. Craft compelling recommendations based on data to drive improvements and optimizations.
- Performing triage and data analysis for operational workflows including In-Store Pickup (ISPU), pick and pack data analysis, and locker triage to streamline store operations and resolve localized or systemic issues.
- Developing innovative ways to share and communicate data, insights, and actionable recommendations through presentations and written communications tailored to various audiences.
- Providing stakeholders with insights and recommendations for improving processes
- Managing executive-level content and curate weekly communication packages tailored for Band 5 and above leadership (specifically including Regional Presidents), highlighting key operational initiatives, metrics, and weekly priorities.
- Providing content for communications, training, and leader updates, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Training cross-functional team members on tools and thought processes while championing operational excellence.
You'll need to have:- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Four or more years of experience in channel or frontline support.
- Two or more years of experience managing projects and implementing operational solutions at the national level
- Experience analytics data, including drawing granular and high-level insights and crafting data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in project management.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $82,500.00 - $144,000.00.
