As Consultant, Talent Acquisition Products and Systems, you will help shape and deliver the product experience for Visa's Talent Acquisition platforms, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting and related external systems (assessment, background check, CRM, and interview scheduling vendors) across a global organization. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders, HR, IT, vendors, and cross functional partners to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver scalable capabilities that create measurable value.
This role is central to our team's shift toward becoming an AI native organization. We are moving to an AI agent first approach across configuration, testing, and operations, meaning routine and repeatable work is designed to be handled by AI agents first, with human judgment reserved for what genuinely requires it. You will be expected to build, configure, and operate these agents yourself, not just use tools someone else built.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to support everyday work. This role requires hands on experience building AI agents and the agility to support products and systems across the broader Talent Acquisition ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product oriented partner for Talent Acquisition systems by contributing to product direction and identifying opportunities to improve the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experience.
- Design, build, and operate AI agents to automate configuration tAT and regression), and operational support work acrossRecruiting modules, reducing manual effort and increasing delivery speed.
- Translate prioritized needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs; configure, test, release, and maintain Talent Acquisition
- capabilities supporting sourcing, requisitions, candidate manageing, offers, and background checks.
- Partner with COE subject matter experts, HR, IT, vendors, and bugning on outcomes, defining scope, prioritizing requirements,managing dependencies and tradeoffs, and driving initiatives from discovery through launch.
- Help contribute to a forward looking product roadmap by identifying opportunities to apply AI agents and automation to improve usability, adoption,
- efficiency, and overall candidate and recruiter experience.
- Build trusted relationships with Talent Acquisition and other stidentify issues, clarify business outcomes, and provide timely,solutions focused support.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse global stakeholders across technical and business functions, translating complex topics into concise
- decisions and actions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, including test case developmion, and feedback synthesis, using AI agents to accelerate testcoverage; contribute to overall test strategies for Talent Acquisition modules.
- Evaluate Workday releases, assess impact, and recommend enhancements that drive business value, innovation, and alignment to the product roadmap as needed.
- Maintain and update the agile delivery board to support sprint planning and execution to keep work moving efficiently.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 3+ years' total Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience
- Experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboards
- Demonstrated hands on experience building or configuring AI agents, LLM based automation, tool integrated agents) for real business use cases
- 2+ years' experience configuring Workday Recruiting including requisitions, candidate pipelines, offers, and integrations with sourcing, assessment, or background check vendors
- Experience building AI agents for configuration, testing, or operational workflows, using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or custom agent frameworks, with a track record of measurable efficiency gains
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition processes in a global organization
- Exceptional communication and customer facing skills; able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skill and accuracy
- Workday Pro Certification(s) in Recruiting preferred
