What You'll Be Doing

The Everyday Payments team is responsible for maintaining and modernizing payments infrastructure with capabilities that ensure payment application resiliency, meet business objectives and support optimal client experience. As Consultant, Payment Services, you will provide business support for automated payment processing and payment rail services including EFT, eTransfer and real-time payments. This role involves collaboration with multiple Business and Technology teams as well as industry peers. As a subject matter expert, you will represent CIBC in Payments Canada industry forums, drive continuous improvement to deliver seamless and efficient payment experience for our clients and partners, articulate rail strategy and oversee successful delivery of payment projects workpackages.
