Job Description: We are seeking a Workfront Lead / Process Excellence Lead to drive enterprise process optimization and platform governance using Adobe Workfront. This role combines strategic process ownership with cross-functional collaboration to design scalable workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights. You will partner with business, product, and technical teams to implement best practices, streamline operations, and drive continuous process improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design scalable Workfront solutions.
- Configure and optimize workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports within Adobe Workfront.
- Own backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and platform enhancements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and drive user adoption across teams.
- Ensure platform governance and adherence to Workfront best practices.
- Evaluate new Workfront features and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to align priorities and deliver solutions.
- Support program management through reporting, delivery tracking, and operational insights.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary owner for Workfront process strategy and continuous improvement.
