Job DescriptionNeuroscience Institute ConsultantThe Neuroscience Institute Consultant, serving as the Project Manager, assists in the advancement of the Neuroscience Institute strategic plan and the management of the metrics for strategy implementation. Executes, develops, and manages planning that supports the leadership team in operationalizing short term and long-term strategic initiatives. Assists or manages projects, identifies analytical capabilities, and possesses the curiosity to ask probing questions that drive insight. In collaboration with Institute leaders, develops practical solutions by partnering across IU Health and IU School of Medicine. Works in collaboration with leadership to apply standard planning processes and analytics in support of local and system priorities. Assesses new business opportunities in partnership with the administrative leadership team. Fosters an environment that encourages innovative ideas from team members and builds buy-in across the institute. Assists in driving continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes and reporting to enhance performance.

Candidate QualificationsCandidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare industry experience required.
- Experience with program and project management preferred.
- Requires experience working in complex/matrix environment.
