CGI's Business Consulting team is seeking an IT Strategy Consultant to join its CIO Advisory practice within Digital Leadership, which helps executive teams define and deploy their technology and organizational strategies. Reporting to the Director of Management Consulting, you will play a key role in aligning IT strategy with business priorities, optimizing operating models, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:• Lead and/or contribute to strategic consulting engagements focused on IT and business alignment.
• Design target operating models, enterprise roadmaps, IT governance strategies, and transformation plans
• Support leadership teams in modernizing their IT organizations (sourcing, FinOps, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, Agile, etc.)
• Mentor and coach junior consultants while ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables
• Actively contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, participation in RFP processes, and client account growth
• Participate in the development and visibility of the CIO Advisory practice through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, toolkit development, and facilitation of internal workshops
• Collaborate on cross-practice Business Consulting initiatives as part of digital transformation and artificial intelligence programs
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• University-level degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy and transformation consulting, or in transformation management within an IT organization
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, IT governance, cloud strategy, and digital transformation
• Proven ability to engage with executive leaders (CIOs, CFOs, CEOs/General Managers) and manage consulting engagements with limited supervision
• Strong leadership skills, autonomy, client focus, and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken, written)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This position is a future opportunity.
