Location: Remote/HybridKey Responsibilities:- Drive project deliverables, define tasks, and monitor schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Act as a key client liaison: understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Apply specialized knowledge to solve business problems, generate reports, and conduct data analysis.
- Prepare project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and assist with onboarding.
Requirements:- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience (or equivalent education/experience).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Specific expertise in MS Suite, Forms/Planner, Section 508, and experience managing knowledge bases in ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
