We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineering to lead enterprise data loss prevention platform integrations, drive the development of custom data protection capabilities, and provide technical leadership that advances the Firm’s modern and scalable cybersecurity services.


In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Cybersecurity Engineering position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for cybersecurity architecture, engineering, implementation, and protection of technology assets, systems, networks, and data across the Firm.


What you'll do in the role:


  • Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
  • Lead enterprise DLP platform integrations across cloud, endpoint, network, and messaging environments.
  • Drive the design and development of custom DLP capabilities, automation, and security integrations.
  • Define technical strategy, architecture standards, and implementation roadmaps for data protection services.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver scalable security solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements that strengthen data protection capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure cybersecurity solutions align with regulatory, risk management, and operational requirements.

What you'll bring to the role:


  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
  • Experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies and enterprise-scale security controls.
  • Experience in cybersecurity architecture, engineering, and platform integration across hybrid environments.
  • Understanding of cloud security, endpoint protection, data classification, and information protection technologies.
  • Ability to lead complex technology initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across organizations.
  • Experience in automation, scripting, and security engineering practices supporting operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements related to data protection.
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
