We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Director, Martech Platform Engineering to provide technical leadership and strategic direction across the firm's enterprise marketing technology ecosystem, driving platform excellence, governance, and innovation at scale.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for managing and optimizing technical infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems to support business needs effectively.

 

What you'll do in the role:

 

  • Provide technical leadership, ownership, and strategic oversight across the Firm’s enterprise marketing technology ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Stensul.
  • Define and execute platform strategy, architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and reliable marketing technology solutions across global regions.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Marketing, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Risk, Enterprise Architecture, and vendor teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for platform engineering, operational excellence, risk management, and service reliability.
  • Oversee integration strategies involving APIs, identity and access management, cloud platforms, customer data platforms, and enterprise data services.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, driving root cause analysis and resolution of production incidents.
  • Champion DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and support enterprise-scale SaaS platform transformations.
  • Drive innovation through the adoption of AI-enabled marketing technologies and emerging digital capabilities.

 

What you'll bring to the role:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience supporting and leading enterprise SaaS and marketing technology platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront, and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, APIs, cloud integrations, identity and access management, and data governance.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology initiatives and cross-functional delivery organizations.
  • Experience partnering with cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and enterprise architecture functions.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or technology-related functions.
  • Good knowledge of full stack web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, Java, Python, and Shell Script.
  • Knowledge of Linux and UNIX environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise web application infrastructure spanning multiple global regions.
  • Experience with AI-enabled marketing technologies, customer data platforms, and automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and operational excellence practices.
  • Experience leading vendor partnerships and enterprise-scale SaaS transformation programs.

Ce que vous ferez dans le rôle :

Assurer le leadership technique, la propriété de plateforme et la supervision stratégique de l’écosystème technologique marketing de l’entreprise, incluant Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud et Stensul.

Définir et exécuter les stratégies de plateforme, les normes d’architecture, les cadres de gouvernance et les feuilles de route technologiques alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires.

Diriger les équipes d’ingénierie dans la livraison de solutions technologiques marketing évolutives, sécurisées et fiables à l’échelle mondiale.

Collaborer étroitement avec les propriétaires de produits, les équipes Marketing, Conformité, Cybersécurité, Risque, Architecture d’entreprise et les fournisseurs.

Établir et maintenir les meilleures pratiques en matière d’ingénierie de plateforme, d’excellence opérationnelle, de gestion des risques et de fiabilité des services.

Superviser les stratégies d’intégration impliquant les API, la gestion des identités et des accès, les plateformes infonuagiques, les plateformes de données clients et les services de données d’entreprise.

Agir comme point d’escalade principal pour les enjeux techniques complexes et diriger les analyses des causes profondes ainsi que la résolution des incidents de production.

Promouvoir les pratiques DevOps, CI/CD, l’infrastructure en tant que code, l’automatisation et l’amélioration continue.

Gérer les relations stratégiques avec les fournisseurs et soutenir les transformations SaaS à l’échelle de l’entreprise.

Favoriser l’innovation grâce à l’adoption de technologies marketing alimentées par l’IA et de capacités numériques émergentes.

 

Ce que vous apporterez au rôle :

Baccalauréat en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.

Expérience approfondie en soutien et en direction de plateformes SaaS d’entreprise et de technologies marketing.

Expertise approfondie d’Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront et technologies connexes.

Solide connaissance de l’architecture de solutions, des API, des intégrations infonuagiques, de la gestion des identités et des accès et de la gouvernance des données.

Expérience démontrée de direction d’initiatives technologiques de grande envergure et d’équipes de livraison multidisciplinaires.
