Job Description:The Position:Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Construction Survey Leader will perform various land surveying functions on projects throughout Wisconsin.
- Prepare construction survey, machine control fee proposals, manage scope, budget and staffing needs
- Complete the monthly financial reporting workflows for construction survey related tasks
- Monitor performance data to maintain realistic production rates for survey tasks
- Oversee and develop survey team members to maximize their potential
- Operate land surveying tools (GNSS & Robotic Total Station)
- Prepare construction staking setups using AutoCAD Civil3D & Trimble Business Center
- Manage 3D machine control model development standards and review machine control models
- Lead construction survey and grade setting best practices training efforts
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of the team
Requirements: - 7 + years of work-related experience.
- Must have Professional Land Surveyor License
- Maintain a positive attitude and possesses good work ethic.
- Demonstrate leadership skills to mentor and direct team members
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
