Construction Supervisor Job Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing daily activities at a specific site, ensuring safety and the timely execution of key milestones.


  • Preferred experience with utility scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems.


  • Advises contractors of any violations and recommends necessary adjustments to operations (BESS).


  • Approves construction phases by conducting thorough inspections.


  • Continuously assesses and promotes safety on-site.


  • Ensures that all required permits are obtained and maintained.


  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to established guidelines, standards, and procedures.


  • Manages project administration accurately and in a timely manner.


  • Keeps comprehensive project records, including daily logs, materials documentation, as-built plans, and pay quantity records.


  • Oversees subcontractors on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.


  • Contributes to operational standards by providing construction data for strategic reviews.


  • Performs additional duties as needed to support project success.
