Job DescriptionConstruction SuperintendentWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects in Denver with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are completing work according to project timelines
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building and safety codes
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients and upper management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- OSHA certification is preferred
