What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a
seasoned construction professional with a deep understanding of
luxury homebuilding and a
solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven Luxury Residential construction experience with 5+ years managing high-end residential construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client and team interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with Procore and Smartsheets is a plus.
- A patient, service-oriented approach, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- Reliable transportation and availability for extended hours when necessary are required.
