We're hiring a Construction Superintendent. This is a full-time, direct-hire position requiring extensive travel to project sites throughout the United States. Must have supervisory experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings.
Responsibilities- Lead mid- to large-sized steel erection crews
- Oversee pre-engineered metal building installation
- Manage jobsite safety, quality, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct weekly safety meetings
- Train and mentor jobsite personnel
- Read and coordinate construction plans
- Work with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience with one of the following companies:
- Butler Manufacturing
- Varco Pruden Buildings (VP)
- Nucor Building Systems
- Kirby Building Systems
- Ceco Building Systems
- Metallic Building Systems
- Star Building Systems
- Robertson Building Systems
- CBC Steel Buildings

Additional Qualifications- OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications
- Aerial Platform and Forklift Operator certifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
