We're looking for an experienced
Construction Site Superintendent who can take full ownership of job sites and drive projects from kickoff through closeout.
This role is for a leader who runs organized, efficient projects - not someone who reacts to chaos. You'll be responsible for keeping schedules on track, holding subcontractors accountable, and ensuring work is completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard.

ResponsibilitiesWhat We Will Expect From You:
• Serve as the
on-site leader and primary point of contact for clients, building management, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Own the project schedule and drive work to completion
on time and on standard• Coordinate and manage subcontractors across all phases of construction
• Enforce quality expectations - work is done right the first time
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
• Proactively identify issues, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
• Maintain detailed daily logs (BuilderTrend) documenting progress, manpower, materials, and issues
• Forecast and manage labor and material needs
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
• Lead weekly safety meetings and contribute to Superintendent leadership meetings
• Oversee multiple active job sites across the Puget Sound as needed
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (TI and/or multifamily)
• Proven ability to
deliver projects on schedule without sacrificing quality• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site management
• Ability to run projects
independently with minimal oversight• Strong communication and leadership skills with subs, clients, and internal teams
• Experience with construction management software (BuilderTrend or similar)
• Proficiency with basic tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Valid Washington State Driver's License with a clean record
