This Opportunity:- Monitor construction activities on transportation, civil, and municipal infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Document daily field and inspection activities, including material sampling, testing, and quantity measurements.
- Assist with preconstruction meetings, progress updates, and conflict resolution sessions; prepare and negotiate construction change orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and SEH team members.
- May assist in development of proposals, estimating project budgets and schedules and completing constructability reviews

Essential Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in the construction field.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate rough terrain on construction sites.
- Willingness to travel for team meetings, client consultations, and on-site observations.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:- 2 years of relevant experience
- Possession of applicable DOT technical certifications or ability to obtain within six (6) months.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Familiarity with BlueBeam software.
This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver's license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH's Driving Program.
