Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant engineering, architecture, or construction management discipline
• 3-7 years of relevant experience managing facilities and minor construction projects
• Proven track record with facility build-outs and alterations
• Understanding of public-sector regulations and practices
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and remain eligible for Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and investigations to develop accurate cost estimates and review construction documents
• Manage multiple minor construction projects across a designated US region
• Oversee all project aspects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget targets
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor project progress while preparing regular status reports for management
• Lead, direct, and coordinate the work of team members and outside vendors
• Employ extensive experience and judgment in project planning and execution
• Demonstrate creativity and initiative in problem-solving and project management
