Construction Division Project Manager

About the Role

ServiceMaster of Charleston is an industry-leading disaster restoration, cleaning, and remodeling company that has proudly served the Tri-County area for more than 35 years. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Services Division, overseeing residential and commercial projects from initial scope through completion while delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.

What You'll Do
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality completion of construction and restoration projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and business leaders, providing clear, professional communication throughout each project
• Set and manage customer expectations from initial scope through final walkthrough, including the financial process
• Coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractor crews, tasks, and schedules simultaneously
• Apply working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices to ensure quality workmanship
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and communication
• Prepare and manage estimates, ideally using the Xactimate estimating platform
• Document project scope and measurements using Docusketch+
• Participate in an on-call rotation

What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with homeowners and business clients alike
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple people, projects, and deadlines at once
• Working knowledge of construction methods and processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Preferred: experience with the Xactimate estimating platform
• Preferred: experience with Docusketch
• Preferred: prior experience in disaster restoration
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Benefits are available to full-time employees; a waiting period may apply.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
