Job Title: Branch Manager / Site Manager

Location: Moscow, ID

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt; $80-$90K/Yearly

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial & Operational Performance: Drive division-level Gross Profit Margins.
  • Cash Flow Management: Eliminate administrative bottlenecks to ensure project file closeout occurs in under 2 days post-completion.
  • Carrier SLA Compliance: Direct emergency response operations to guarantee strict carrier timelines.
  • Team Leadership & Safety: Cultivate a positive culture that retains skilled technicians. Ensure immediate resolution of any safety incidents or HR escalations within 48 hours.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit and approve all final project estimates for scope accuracy, proper pricing, and margin alignment before carrier submission.
  • Asset & Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel tracking, driver safety, and inventory controls for equipment and consumables.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the branch across local business organizations, emergency services, and property management networks to drive brand awareness.
