Full Job Description
Construction Project Managers are responsible for successfully completing projects in accordance with established project requirements. This position serves as the principal decision maker and must coordinate between all stakeholders on the project, both internally and externally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain project plan in accordance with project requirements and customer expectations
  • Provide direction to project team to ensure successful completion of project plan
  • Coordinate with team to determine potential value engineering opportunities for the project
  • Generate detailed bid packages and award subcontracts to qualified vendor
  • Develop and deliver project progress reports
  • Manage progress against established project milestones
  • Proactively identify and manage project risk
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Other duties as assigned


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or closely related
  • At least five years of experience in construction or closely related industry
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient understanding of manufacturing and construction processes
  • Strong knowledge of general business practices, building codes and engineering principles
  • Ability to travel up to 10% within North America
  • Lean manufacturing experience preferred
