Job DescriptionAbout The Job: KPFF's Special Projects Division in downtown Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to manage complex infrastructure projects, including federally funded and grant-supported construction programs. This role includes oversight of compliance with federal funding and grant requirements, including Buy America / Build America Buy America (BABA) regulations, across agencies such as, but not limited to, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Maritime Administration (MARAD) throughout design and construction. Responsibilities include management of contractors, working with dynamic project teams, preparing, reviewing, and compiling comprehensive contractual documentation, supporting grant-related reporting and reimbursement processes, and coordinating with subconsultants and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
QualificationsPosition Requirements:- Familiarity with FHWA-funded construction projects, federal grant administration, and Buy America / BABA compliance.
- Familiarity with WSDOT specifications.
- Prior experience supporting construction project management, public works, or infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Regular presence on project sites all around the PNW.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active construction projects.
- Ability to work effectively with other Construction Project Managers and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- CCM or PMP preferred.

Compensation:The total compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected total compensation range for a qualified candidate is
$100,000 to $150,000 plus performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
