What you'll doProject Lifecycle & Execution
- Managed end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects from site selection through commissioning and launch, overseeing permitting, utility coordination, design review, and construction across multiple simultaneous sites
- Built and maintained detailed project plans balancing speed-to-energization, construction cost, grid capacity constraints, and operational readiness across high-power commercial charging deployments
- Tracked and managed critical path milestones across permitting, utility interconnection, and construction phases, proactively identifying schedule risks and resolving blockers before impacting go-live timelines
Utility & Grid Coordination
- Partnered directly with utility providers to manage power availability assessments, transformer upgrade timelines, service agreements, and energization scheduling to keep charging sites on track
- Coordinated electrical infrastructure requirements across engineering, grid, and construction teams to ensure design specifications, load calculations, and switchgear/transformer specs aligned with utility interconnection requirements
Permitting, Compliance & Regulatory
- Managed permitting processes across multiple AHJs, navigating zoning requirements, electrical inspection schedules, environmental compliance, and state/local EV infrastructure regulations to keep projects on schedule
- Built and maintained regulatory tracking systems across permit applications, inspection checkpoints, AHJ communications, and environmental sign-offs to ensure zero compliance gaps across a multi-site project portfolio
What we're looking for- 4-8 years of experience in commercial charging infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of development budgets, project economics, underwriting, and feasibility analysis
- Experience preparing executive presentations and investment committee materials
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

The base salary range for this role is
$149,000 - $175,000 per year.Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
