Construction Procurement ManagerLocation: Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced
Construction Procurement Manager to support a global Corporate Real Estate organization overseeing a portfolio of more than
$100M in renovation and capital improvement projects. This high-impact role partners closely with senior leaders across Real Estate, Facilities, Legal, and Finance to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and complex construction contract negotiations.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end procurement activities for commercial construction and renovation projects, including RFP strategy, vendor selection, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Manage complex construction agreements, including AIA contracts (A101, A201, and A134), Master Service Agreements, purchase agreements, amendments, and project-specific contracts.
- Partner with Construction Project Management teams to support workplace transformation, office renovations, and capital improvement initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Identify, qualify, and manage relationships with construction management firms, architects, consultants, contractors, and key suppliers.
- Drive contract governance, supplier performance, compliance, and risk mitigation throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Utilize contract lifecycle management and procurement platforms such as Sirion, Ivalua, and Oracle.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in construction procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management supporting commercial construction or capital projects.
- Extensive experience leading RFP/RFI processes and negotiating construction contracts.
- Deep expertise with AIA contract structures, including A101, A201, and A134 agreements.
- Experience supporting corporate real estate, facilities, or large-scale capital improvement programs.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with leading construction and facilities organizations such as JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar firms is highly preferred.
