  • Review project schedules, identify risks or delays, and drive work toward milestone completion
  • Manage projects to completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer expectations
  • Schedule crews, assign work, review project timelines, communicate expectations, and supervise field performance and job quality
  • Promote a safe work environment and hold crews accountable for safe work practices, including JSAs, PPE, site safety, and customer safety requirements
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, RFDS documents, CDs, blueprints, scopes of work, BOMs, site maps, permits, and customer specifications
  • Identify and resolve drawing, material, access, permitting, or site condition issues before and during construction
  • Coordinate with tower crews, civil crews, electrical contractors, equipment vendors, landlords, inspectors, and carrier representatives
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure quality standards are met and rework is minimized
  • Review and approve subcontractor work, field documentation, closeout packages, and billing support as needed
  • Take responsibility for personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials under your control
  • Participate in project meetings with operations leadership, peers, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Support estimating, bidding, change orders, production tracking, and project forecasting when needed
