About the Role
  • Job Title:Construction Manager
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85001


Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Project Coordination & Administration
    • Manage project documentation, compliance records, and reporting
    • Support procurement tasks and internal meetings
    • Facilitate ADO updates and New Hire On-boarding
  • 2. Construction Support (Field & Office)
    • Attend site walks, support Construction Manager with logistics, and participate in planning meetings
  • 3. Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare project health reports and status updates
    • Assist in OAC meeting preparation and maintain relationships with stakeholders
    • Document lessons learned and recommended practices


Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and collaborate effectively
  • Foundational knowledge in construction processes, scheduling, cost management, and quality control
  • Proficiency with tools and PMIS tools


Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction coordination or field engineering
  • Experience with datacenter or industrial/mission-critical projects

Salary and Other Compensation:

The salary for this position is between $160,000 - $175,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
