Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader for the Arcadis U.S. Resilience Environment Arcadis Construction Services (ACS). Reporting to the ACS Operations Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving substantial business expansion , both within our existing and strong client base and established solutions, and through new business opportunities with new clients, creative partnerships, and emerging solutions. This roe will focus on revenue maximization and diversification of services and is also part of the ACS Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to ACS Operations Director with a dotted line to the US Environment Sales Director

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to drive tangible results and shape the future of the almost $200M U.S. Resilience ACS. Building on our unique strength in Environmental Remediation and Design/Build CapEx growth opportunities in Energy, Industrial Water Treatment and Reuse, and Sustainability, we are looking for someone who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment and is ready to lead our sales efforts as we take our business to the next level.

Role accountabilities:
  • Driving growth through a relentless client focus, strong market position and forward-looking growth strategy.
  • Leading pursuit teams maintaining and growing strong client relationships, identifying and winning major pursuits, and expanding our market presence.
  • Identifying new service areas and market segments to diversify offerings and expand revenue streams.
  • Maximizing relationships with existing clients by uncovering new needs, expanding current services, and establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Identifying new creative partnerships and building partner relationships aimed at new/larger market segments, diversified offering and expanded revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to ensure the company stays competitive and relevant.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or work experience equivalent
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Business Development within the Environmental Remediation market.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in an established and large business
  • Deep industry connections that can be leveraged to expand Arcadis' service offerings.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $136719 - $275148. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
