Concrete Project ManagerSalary: $140k-$160kLocation: Tampa, FL Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of concrete construction processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and financial reports
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete construction industry
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and best practices
- Familiarity with civil, excavating, earthwork, structural, and flatwork processes
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership skills
