Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Proven success in leading continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for cross-functional interaction.
• Experience with customer audits and quality certifications in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the plant Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance.
• Act as the primary representative for customer quality, managing issues and audits.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Establish and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems for process improvement.
• Partner with teams to analyze quality data and improve operational performance.
• Manage quality certifications, audits, and compliance requirements effectively.
• Maintain quality documentation and support business growth.
