GENERAL SUMMARY: The Compliance Site Manager will report directly to the Compliance Director in executing the Henry Ford Health (HFH) Compliance Program. This role assists in ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and Compliance Program standards, while promoting a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability. The Compliance Site Manager partners with leadership, physicians, and staff and maintains a consistent on-site presence at an assigned hospital to support compliance engagement, risk identification, and operational integration.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree required with minimum of two (2) years of healthcare compliance experience; or a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Experience within a multi-hospital system preferred. Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs, investigations, and applicable federal and state regulatory requirements. Strong communication, interviewing, and writing skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Sound judgment, initiative, and ability to work independently. Effective consensus-building and conflict resolution skills. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to balance compliance and operational considerations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
