Pay Range $73,600.00-$101,200.00+ Annual
What You'll Do- Support and strengthen the organization's enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement compliance policies, education, and training
- Monitor healthcare regulations including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, OSHA, OCR, ADA, IRS, EEOC, and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate compliance audits, enterprise risk assessments, and corrective action plans
- Assist with investigations, compliance hotline management, and regulatory inquiries
- Support privacy, records management, and data governance initiatives
- Prepare legal documentation, regulatory filings, contracts, and responses to legal requests
- Assist with licensing activities, renewals, audits, subpoenas, and litigation support
- Collaborate across departments to promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Help ensure the organization remains compliant with evolving federal and state regulations
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or senior living compliance, legal support, risk management, or regulatory affairs
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, OSHA, OCR, and related regulatory requirements
