The Compliance Analyst will help develop, coordinate, and support all compliance functions and activities. These activities are directed toward a primary objective of enabling CUMG and their providers to comply with all applicable billing and privacy compliance regulations while ensuring that all billing is maximized.
Required Education and Experience
BA or BS degree in a Health Science, Business, Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates competency.
Equivalent experience of five (5) years or more in health care management, coding, billing and relevant nursing experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience working with current CPT and HCPCS coding nomenclature and rules, ICD-10-CM coding conventions, and clinical documentation standards.
Minimum two (2) years of experience working directly with physicians on professional fee billing compliance.
Required Credentials
Professional fee coding certification required, CPC, CHC, or CSS-P.
Preferred
Experience in teaching physicians environment.
Experience with pediatric patient populations.
Compensation Range
$97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
