Job Overview:Job Summary**
The Completions Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of well completions operations for Primoris Energy Services - Nexus, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and technical oversight to optimize well productivity.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop, implement, and manage detailed completions programs for various well types, including hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing operations, and wellbore interventions.
* Lead and supervise a team of completions engineers, supervisors, and field personnel, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and career development opportunities.
* Collaborate with drilling, production, and reservoir engineering teams to optimize well designs and maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence to financial targets.
* Oversee the selection, procurement, and management of completions equipment, materials, and services.
* Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
* Conduct post-job analysis and performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
* Stay abreast of industry advancements and new technologies in completions engineering, evaluating their potential application and benefits.
* Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
* Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies concerning completions activities.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in completions engineering and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
* Proven expertise in hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing operations, and other stimulation techniques.
* Strong understanding of wellbore mechanics, reservoir engineering principles, and production optimization.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules effectively.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Proficiency in completions design software and data analysis tools.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field locations as required.
