Full Job Description
The Opportunity
  • As a Compensation Programs Analyst, you'll build real fluency across the full spectrum of global compensation - incentive programs, equity, rewards cycles, salary structures, and market analysis - while also helping shape how the team works. You'll spot where processes can be smarter, build tools that sharpen our decision-making, and evaluate where emerging technology can change what's possible for a compensation function. You'll be learning directly from senior compensation professionals who bring deep expertise across every program. If you're analytically curious with a strong desire for continuous learning, this is a strong place to build a career!

What you'll Do
  • Drive team operational effectiveness across the Global Compensation team, owning global staff meeting cadence, AI initiative tracking, and business operations coordination to keep priorities aligned
  • Conduct an audit of recurring manual processes across team programs and build an automation roadmap with prioritized recommendations
  • Manage benchmark survey submission and data intake processes, using AI-assisted benchmarking tools to increase speed and analytical depth
  • Own Workday job infrastructure data quality including job code maintenance, hierarchy updates, and job description accuracy
  • Evaluate emerging AI and compensation analytics tools on a quarterly basis; prepare structured recommendations for team adoption
  • Support analytical and program needs across annual bonus, equity, salary, and rewards cycles, building cross-program fluency over time
  • Participate in HR Technology partnerships to advance system capabilities for compensation modeling and analytics

What you need to succeed
  • 2-4 years of analytical experience; compensation, HR, finance, or operations background preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build something (a model, dashboard, or automation) that you can walk through and explain
  • Curiosity about AI tools and their application to data-heavy workflows; experience piloting or evaluating new tools stands out as a key differentiator
  • Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical instincts with high attention to data accuracy and process integrity
  • Excellent collaboration skills; comfort working with senior partners and translating their needs into analytical outputs
  • Self-starter orientation - you identify problems before being asked and propose solutions before being told
  • Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity; this role will evolve as we build it
