Why You\'d Thrive on This Team:

You\'re a continuous learner and curious problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings creative solutions to complex compensation challenges. You\'re client-centric and outcomes-focused. You understand that compensation strategy isn\'t a one-size-fits-all. You genuinely enjoy learning about different organizations, industries, and business models. You craft tailored recommendations based on this knowledge. You have strong executive presence and are comfortable navigating both detailed analytical work and high-level strategic conversations with C-suite audiences. Perhaps most importantly, you\'re energized by the opportunity to be a strategic partner in clients\' compensation journeys. You know that the work you do directly impacts how organizations attract, retain, and fairly compensate their talent.

Location

In our remote-first model, employees can work from the location that works best for them. We do not have centralized corporate offices. Employees can choose to work from home, in company-paid co-working spaces, or any combination of the two that best suits their unique needs.

When it matters (usually no more than a few times a year) we take the time to gather for in-person events.
