Responsibilities:
• Support the administration of the Funds' compensation programs, including base pay administration, market pricing, salary reviews, salary grades and ranges, salary adjustments, position reclassifications, and related compensation activities in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure compensation programs and practices remain effective and compliant with organizational standards.
• Assist in reviewing and making recommendations regarding base compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and other compensation actions, using established compensation guidelines, market data, and methodology.
• Perform timely and accurate salary reviews, analyzing outcomes to ensure internal equity and adherence to established compensation practices.
• Track, calculate, and process scheduled salary actions such as probationary, step, and longevity increases, in accordance with applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), Fund policies, and procedures.
• Assist with job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing of positions using internal compensation data and external market resources as appropriate.
• Prepare and maintain compensation reports, metrics, and analytical tools to support compensation analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Human Resources (HR) staff to review and maintain accurate compensation-related data in HR systems, including salary information, job titles, levels, grades, and salary ranges.
• Draft, update, and maintain job descriptions and Position Description Questionnaires (PDQs) to ensure position information is accurate.
• Assist with compensation-related projects and organizational initiatives, including reorganizations, across-the-board salary increases, incentive programs, salary studies, and other assignments as directed.
• Maintain accurate compensation records and documentation to support compliance with established compensation policies, procedures, and applicable CBAs.
• Respond to routine compensation-related inquiries from HR staff and managers and provide information and guidance based on established policies, procedures, and compensation practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of compensation experience supporting the day-to-day compensation needs of a medium-sized organization required.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing compensation infrastructure, including job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and benchmarking.
• High proficiency in data management and analysis; intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel required.
• Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or similar applications.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills required. Ability to analyze complex data and produce concise, user-friendly analysis.
