Main DutiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner closely with the compensation manager to administer and execute compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, incentive, promotion, and market adjustment processes.
- Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of Workday Advanced Compensation, working closely with the Compensation Manager and HRIS team on requirements, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and compensation cycle execution.
- Serve as a key day-to-day resource for compensation data, reporting, analysis, and operational activities.
- Partner with the Compensation Manager and HRIS team to ensure accurate Workday configuration, data integrity, and successful execution of compensation processes.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses and provide findings to the Compensation Manager to support compensation recommendations.
- Prepare compensation analyses and recommendations related to new hires, promotions, internal transfers, retention, and other employee compensation actions for review by the Compensation Manager.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities related to internal equity, pay equity, and market competitiveness.
- Maintain and analyze salary structures, job levels, salary ranges, and other compensation-related data under the direction of the Compensation Manager.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses for the compensation team, HR, and business leadership.
- Support annual compensation planning activities, including data preparation, manager communications, reporting, auditing, and post-cycle analysis.
- Partner with HR business partners, talent acquisition, finance, and HRIS to support compensation decisions and ensure consistent application of compensation practices.
- Assist with compensation surveys, market data submissions, and analysis of external benchmarking data.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve compensation processes, systems, reporting, and the manager/employee experience.
- Maintain accurate compensation documentation, processes, and procedures.
- Handle highly confidential employee and compensation information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support with compensation projects, Workday enhancements, and other initiatives as the organization's compensation programs evolve.

Required Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, HRIS, or a related analytical role.
- Working knowledge of compensation principles, including salary structures, market benchmarking, pay equity, and compensation planning.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation strongly preferred.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and large employee datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain compensation concepts and analysis to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a centralized Compensation function.
- Ability to handle highly confidential employee and compensation information with discretion.
