About the role: This role is a **Community Manager/Community Engagement Specialist** focused on building and growing Omada's online user communities across platforms such as **Reddit and Discord**. The position involves planning and executing community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and product launches while creating engaging content that encourages discussion and user participation. The role also requires actively interacting with members, fostering a positive community culture, recognizing top contributors, and gathering user feedback to improve both the community experience and products. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent writing skills, a deep understanding of Reddit and online community dynamics, and a genuine interest in technology. Success in this role depends on building trust through authentic engagement, analyzing community performance metrics, and developing long-term relationships with users.
