  • Initiate and lead Cosori and Levoit's presence on Reddit, both through organic community participation and developing brand-owned spaces (if applicable).
  • Build and maintain relationships with Reddit mods, top contributors, and key subreddits related to cooking, appliances, home, wellness, and lifestyle.
  • Identify strategic moments for AMAs, product seeding, education threads, and organic advocacy.

UGC & Community-Centric Content Development
  • Build UGC sourcing and management systems, including creator identification, outreach frameworks, usage permissions, and submission pipelines.
  • Partner with Social and Creative teams to turn UGC, community conversations, and insights into platform-ready content.
  • Establish content formats that anchor the brand's community presence (spotlights, testimonials, tutorial threads, challenges, etc.).

Measurement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Define KPIs for community programs, Reddit performance, UGC conversion, and engagement quality.
  • Evaluate community health through sentiment shifts, repeat engagement, and contributor growth.
  • Translate community discussions, feedback, and behaviors into actionable insights for Product, Content, Social, and Customer Support teams.
  • Build reporting systems that track sentiment, advocacy drivers, user needs, and content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insight-driven improvements and strategies.
