Community Director - Carmel (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

Your Role: Community Director

As the Community Director, you will oversee all aspects of property operations for Carmel, a beautiful Lewis community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and management programs that maintain optimum occupancy levels, drive income, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:
• Provide consistent leadership to Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and property marketing initiatives
• Hire, motivate, train, monitor, and reward employees
• Review and analyze reports, variances, occupancy levels, and market trends
• Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction and retention
• Utilize OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel) to manage operations efficiently

Compensation & Perks:
• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $90k-98k/per year depending on experience for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.

Schedule: Regular days off for this position are Saturday and Sunday. Hours are 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
