Licensed Association Manager (CAM)

North Palm Beach, FL | Salary Starting at $90,000+ Based on Experience

We are seeking a motivated, service-oriented Licensed Association Manager (CAM) to join our team in North Palm Beach, Florida. If you're passionate about building strong communities, leading teams, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Association Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, residents, vendors, and the management company while ensuring the successful day-to-day operation of the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and attend Board meetings, annual meetings, and community-related meetings, including preparation of notices and meeting materials.
  • Build strong relationships with Board members, homeowners, and residents through consistent communication and professional service.
  • Manage vendor contracts, services, and performance to ensure exceptional community operations.
  • Oversee financial activities including budget review, invoice approvals, financial reporting, and related administrative processes.
  • Lead preventive maintenance programs and community improvement projects to protect and enhance property values.
  • Work closely with Boards and insurance professionals to support community insurance programs.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to Boards regarding operations, governance, and community initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate community information and records within company systems.
  • Prepare management reports and supporting documentation for Board review.
  • Assist communities in maintaining compliance with governing documents and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and resident communications.
  • Lead and support on-site staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
