Allstate's Agency Distribution channel is seeking a collaborative team member to support change management strategy and execution for the Allstate Agency channel. The selected individual would be involved in program management, editorial work, and develop and support strategic design. Additionally, this role contributes to planning and implementation of strategy for programs and processes to support business objectives and considers alignment with the broader corporate strategy. Strategic planning, consulting, project management and support within subject matter expertise for focused initiatives will be an integral part of the work.
This is a fast-paced team which is collaborative and agile.
Key Responsibilities
• Assists in driving results through the development of effective relationships with cross functional leadership
• Analyzes statistical data as it relates to programs, projects and processes and provides action alternatives for improvement as appropriate
• Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes
• Identifies opportunities and implements automated processes to improve efficiency
• Enables leadership efforts for continuous improvements with processes & programs
• Helps present business cases and influences others to take recommended actions
• Demonstrates solid business knowledge, leadership, and strategic vision
• Prioritizes competing priorities to achieve optimal results
• Takes an integrated approach to ensure initiatives align to the Company determined growth and profit goals
• Formulates and/or contributes to formulation of strategies to achieve plan objectives
• Leads the development/design of new plans, programs and processes
• Provides support in removing barriers to cooperative efforts with teams across functions.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of program management (Preferred)
• Writing experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
