We are looking for a Commodity Management Professional. This position will support the Electrical Products business across the United States, Canada, and Mexico and will be based in Peachtree Corners Georgia, This position is hybrid and requires the incumbent to be onsite at least 3 days a week. You'll make a difference by: - Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned commodities, including copper and aluminum fabrications and stampings, hardware, interlocks, and related C-parts portfolios.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align material strategies with business requirements, early supplier involvement, productivity goals, quality expectations, and supply availability.
- Lead commodity planning activities, including annual sourcing plans, tender schedules, action plans, supplier strategies, negotiation roadmaps, and business award recommendations.
- Negotiate master procurement agreements, pricing, terms and conditions, payment terms, and supplier commitments in alignment with regional and location procurement teams.
- Use supply market intelligence, spend pooling, sourcing tools, commercial levers, and technical levers to drive cost productivity and contribution to net income.
- Manage supplier relationships, supplier evaluation, supplier development, risk mitigation, delivery reliability, and continuous improvement activities to support secure and competitive supply chains.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, commodity management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic commodity management, supplier negotiations, sourcing decisions, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, business units, suppliers, and senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated data and financial analysis capability.
- Ability to travel 10-15% and legally work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Siemens business systems.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management or Certified Purchasing Manager certification.
- Experience using electronic purchasing, sourcing, or procurement tools.
- Knowledge of category management, strategic sourcing concepts, commodity strategy development, or supplier market analysis.
- Continuous improvement experience with demonstrated ability to identify, implement, and sustain process or cost improvements.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
