Full Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to work directly with internal and external stakeholders in the integration and support of Boulder Imaging technology. This role will be responsible for integration between Boulder Imaging technology and customer environments and supporting the field teams through field works. The role will be responsible for integration of IT/OT/SCADA from project development through hand off to the commissioning team, along with the associated: planning, coordination and documentation.

Requirements

This role will include many of the following responsibilities:
  • Complete network configuration and troubleshooting for customer sites.
  • Maintain back-end configurations for cyber-security.
  • Confirm settings and access to the system.
  • Maintain configurations for two factor authentication.
  • Work directly with customers for SCADA integration and troubleshooting.
  • Spin-up virtual machines for new customer sites.
  • Ensure systems for up-to-date software and firmware.
  • Monitor system license administration.
  • Maintain configuration data for software and firmware versioning on all systems.
  • Configure and maintain:
  • Cisco firewalls
  • Palo Alto Firewalls
  • VPN technology(s)
  • VLAN configurations
  • Windows Active Directory
  • VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization tools
  • Relational databases (Windows Server, MS SQL and MongoDB)
  • Deploy, maintain and permission VPN technology(s) and VLAN configurations.
  • Architect secure network connectivity solutions between Boulder Imaging and external sources.
  • Interface with IT/OT/SCADA consultants/contractors as necessary, to facilitate design/implementation/maintenance of infrastructure.
  • Update documentation to as-built in accordance with change management.
  • Support internal teams as a SME resource for complex and high priority needs

Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in the following: communication technologies such as cellular, microwave/radio, fiber and copper.
  • Understanding of IT and networking environments and how different components are used and their operational function.
  • Network topology methods.
  • Demonstrable experience troubleshooting challenges arising through integration process between customers, contractors and internal partners.
  • SCADA Integrations using OPC-UA, Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus Serial, XML, RTAC, PLC, Control Logix.
  • Software system configurations such as XML, JSON and SQL.
  • Cybersecurity principles and tools for auditing.
  • MS Office products.

Education and Work Experience
  • BS in Network Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Controls Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in working with customers to deliver and support technology solutions.
