This position is based in the Enterprise Operations division within the Commercialization Operating Model (COM) team.
The Operating Model Enabler position is accountable for enabling the organizational operating model tools, processes, learning operations, continuous improvement, AI/automation, and organizational rhythms that support effective planning, coordination, and execution across the business to accelerate commercialization excellence.
The Opportunity:
Operating Model Enablement
Lead administration, deployment, training, and user support for operating model tools and platforms
Lead AI/Automation, and Knowledge Management initiatives in partnership with Roche Digital Technology and other local/global functions.
Lead the EverydayAI Champion network and coordinate associated AI adoption, enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Monitor adoption and utilization of operating model tools and identify opportunities to improve user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Support reporting, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement of operating model processes, standards, and ways of working.
Planning & Execution Excellence
Provide project management, coordination, and logistical support for Affiliate Outcome Planning, enterprise Work Packages (WPs), Commercialization Capability Learning Programs and other key COM initiatives.
Maintain and enable adoption of key tools for planning, prioritization, visibility, and execution across the organization.
Design and facilitate enterprise process improvement and workflow optimization workshops to strengthen operating model effectiveness, align ways of working and remove barriers to execution.
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and organizational updates connected to operating model priorities.
Learning & Capability Operations
Assign mandatory Legal/Compliance, SHE and Functional training to Canada Pharma commercial functions and other relevant training to the Mississauga site.
Partner with Global Learning Services (GLS) Learning Experts to manage requests to re-version learning objects, and upload or remove outdated learning assets from the Learning Management System (LMS).
Main point of contact for technical issues and troubleshooting questions.
Leverage e-learning authoring tools to create interactive online class modules and Product Monograph Assessments.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, automate routine activities, and leverage GLS to improve local operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
Who you are
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, operating model enablement, project management, or learning operations initiatives.
You possess strong planning, analytical, continuous improvement, stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
You have experience administering and deploying enterprise tools, platforms, collaboration tools, and reporting solutions.
You are proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, enterprise project platforms (e.g., Monday.com), and learning management tools.
Preferred
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or AI/Automation are considered an asset.
Experience working with specific digital tools such as Cornerstone, Articulate 360, Synthesia, and AI/automation technologies.
A strong track record of designing and facilitating cross-functional workshops

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 105,560.00 and 138,547.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.We use artificial intelligence to screen, assess or select applicants for this role.
