What You'll Do

The Associate Director/Director, Commercial Strategy sits in the office of the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of BridgeBio. The primary objective of this role is to help shape the strategy for BridgeBio's commercial launch of Attruby and three expected upcoming launches. The individual will work with stakeholders in Commercial and cross-functionally across all of BridgeBio and its affiliate companies, prepare materials for company leadership and Board of Directors, take on key cross-functional strategic initiatives, and serve as a strategic thought partner to the CCO.

The person in this role will have significant impact on BridgeBio and our ability to serve patients at scale.

The Associate Director/Director, Commercial Strategy should be:

Responsibilities
  • Organize and interpret incoming data and discuss findings of relevant strategic analyses with senior leadership and relevant external stakeholders
  • Help define / lead strategic initiatives
  • Conduct regular reviews of case studies and literature on best practices
  • Question assumptions and challenge how things are done across BridgeBio in the service of the patient mission
  • Respond to urgent issues and help coordinate cross-functional efforts
  • Evaluate, build, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners


Where You'll Work
  • In-person work is a requirement for 4-5 days per week. The role is split between our offices in Palo Alto, CA and San Francisco, CA
  • Domestic and international travel is expected when required

Who You Are

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.

Salary

$230,000-$270,000 USD
